Recently appointed EULEX Acting Head of Mission, Mr Bernd Thran, met this morning Kosovo Minister of Internal Affairs, Ekrem Mustafa. Mr Thran confirmed EULEX’s steadfast commitment to assisting the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the rule of law institutions under its responsibility in line with the Mission’s mandate. The meeting was also an opportunity to discuss issues related to the implementation of EU-facilitated Dialogue agreements on Integrated Border management (IBM) and freedom of movement and how EULEX can best support further progress in these areas.
