From 4 to 6 May, the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) hosted a delegation from the Swedish Police Authority composed of the Head of Peace Support Operations Section Kristoffer Mueller, Head of Peace Support Operations Team Anders Karnevald, Mission Management Officer Susanne Silfverberg, and the Head of Fraud Section Mikael Winarve.

The delegation was welcomed by EULEX Head of Mission Giovanni Pietro Barbano, who stated: “The Swedish Police Authority is a steadfast and crucial supporter of the Mission through the secondment of experienced and highly trained officers.”

During their three-day stay, the guests had the opportunity to receive in-depth briefings by the Deputy Head of Mission Emily Rakhorst, the Head of Operations Dania Cossa, and by other senior Mission’s management members, as well as to dive in the far-reaching impact of Sweden’s contribution to EULEX by following up with Swedish seconded Mission Members.
