Meet Lena Stoltz, a highly experienced police officer from Sweden, serving the Mission as EULEX Police Advisor North.

As member of our Police Advisory Unit, she provides guidance and practical recommendations to her Kosovo Police’s counterparts in Mitrovica North to contribute to inclusive, professional, and effective community-oriented policing.

An essential component of her daily work is to promote gender equality and women’s rights through gender-responsive and gender-sensitive communication.
