On 3^rd July 2025, the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) hosted 13 enthusiastic students from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill visiting EULEX and Kosovo as part of their study program focused on the role of international organizations in peace building.

After being welcomed by the Spokesperson and Head of Press and Public Information Office, Nicole Miller, they received an in-depth presentation on EULEX'S past and current mandate by the Public Information Officer, Elisabetta Iurcev, learning how the Mission is supporting selected rule of law institutions in Kosovo on their path towards increased effectiveness, sustainability, multi-ethnicity and accountability, free from political interference and in full compliance with international human rights standards.
