From the 9^th to the 10^th June 2025, at Camp Vrelo, the Formed Police Unit (FPU) of the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) joined the NATO-led KFOR mission and the Kosovo Police in the exercise “Golden Sabre 2025.”

In line with Kosovo’s three-tiered security responder mechanism, where the Kosovo Police is the first security responder, EULEX is the second, and KFOR is the third, the Mission FPU regularly coordinates and conducts joint training to test readiness and strengthen cooperation to implement joint crowd and riot control procedures, in order to be ready to support the stability of Kosovo and contribute to the safety of all communities.
