Today in a joint letter signed by the Heads of EULEX, Kosovo’s Prosecutorial Council and Kosovo’s  Judicial Council, Kosovo Institutions take responsibility for keeping media and the wider public informed of the court and prosecution activities in Kosovo. Courts and prosecution offices have designated press officers, whose contact points can be found in the attachment. Please address any media queries on court and prosecution cases directly to them. EULEX will redirect journalists who seek information on individual court or prosecution cases to the relevant Kosovo institutions. EULEX will continue to give public information on judicial proceedings in the north of Kosovo.
